The Tunnel Hotel and Tracks & Yaks respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your stay or ride and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, contact details, and the booking specifics needed to host you: dates, party size, room or experience, and a mobile number we can text your door code and reminders to. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and run your booking, send contactless check-in codes and trip reminders, process refunds when approved by staff, and answer your questions. With your separate opt-in we may send occasional promotional messages, and you can stop those at any time by replying STOP.
Text messaging
Our SMS practices follow the messaging terms in our policies: consent is never a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and your opt-in data is never shared or sold. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
